Fifty Dollars for a Hundred-Million Arms Deal — Episode 1

Kael, a low-ranking operative, is tasked with closing a $100 million port arms deal. He submits three applications for a $10,000 hospitality budget, only to be deliberately stonewalled by finance director Elena out of a personal grudge. His request is ultimately approved for a mere $50, with a snide remark telling him to entertain the high-value client at a street stall.
