I Posed as a Sea God for the Pirate — Episode 1

Eli, a modern maritime rescue worker, accidentally enters an unfamiliar sea region. To survive, he uses his phone, rescue equipment, and professional knowledge to pose as a “Messenger of the Sea God.” Selene, the Black Tide Queen, sees through his identity from the beginning but chooses to work with him to gain the support of three major captains. Through storms, trials, and moments of broken trust, the two stand side by side. Eli gradually transforms from someone desperate to return home into a rescue captain willing to protect his companions. When Mara stirs conflict and aligns with external forces, Eli and Selene rely on intelligence, courage, and unity to uncover the truth and protect the Free Port. In the end, Selene establishes a fairer system of rules, and Eli founds the “Hope” rescue vessel. Together, they continue to safeguard everyone at sea.
