Nuclear medicine professor Charlie Clare sacrificed career for family, but was discarded for Isaac. Disappointed, Charlie commits to Project Unicorn, his life's work to cure his daughter's congenital defect. Wife and daughter don't know Charlie is sacrificing his life for them.
