Plain Girl Pop Diva — Episode 10

The quiet, unassuming Ivy is the last person anyone at her elite American private high school would ever suspect of being a viral pop icon: the plain, black-framed glasses-wearing teen with messy double braids, who wears her navy school uniform with a red tie or thrifted plaid shirts and ripped jeans, blends seamlessly into the background of the sunlit brick school hallway lined with wooden display cabinets, with not a single classmate paying her extra attention. What no one knows is that Ivy is Vanessa, the breakout internet singing sensation with 250,000 loyal followers and over 200,000 likes on every track she posts, recording all her viral hits from her cozy vine-strung, fairy-lit bedroom with her signature pink cat-ear headphones, where she watches floating.
