Bree is the daughter of a maid working for Teddy's family. Growing up in their house alongside her mother, she and the young master, Teddy, develop mutual feelings. As they come of age, Teddy passionately pursues her, but Bree's insecurities over her status as a maid's daughter hold her back. Despite Teddy's efforts to win her over, Bree keeps pushing him away. After many twists and turns, she finally confesses her true feelings.
