Three-year-old Mopsy has the magical gift of understanding animal speech. The dying Hart Wildlife Park takes in traumatized tiger Biscuit, and later the chimpanzee Chuck, who is wrongly labeled violent. Mopsy reads the animals' true hearts with sincere care and helps them heal. The animals bring their strengths into play, reviving the park. Yet rival Grant plots a trap by sending a dangerous king cobra, bringing a brand-new trial for them.
