Former soldier Troy Poe inherits a corrupt private prison and decides to go undercover as an inmate to expose the corruption. However, the chief warden—a man he once trusted—turns out to be the ringleader of the criminal syndicate. Troy must find a way to convince authorities that he is the actual owner of the prison and not an inmate... or make a daring escape.
