Nora travels back in time to the 1970s and, in order to rewrite the tragic ending, takes the initiative to live a good life with her ex husband Jack. As the poisoning and murder plot surfaces, Nora discovers that she is actually Ruby, the long lost biological daughter of her mother-in-law Margaret. In the end, the mother and daughter teamed up to send the villain Walter to prison, and Nora and Jack began a new chapter in their careers and lives together.
