Natalie Collins is racing against time to save Leo, a critically ill boy in urgent need of a €60,000 surgery. When she goes to the bank to raise her withdrawal limit, she encounters Fiona, an arrogant teller who demands the impossible: 'Prove this card is yours. Prove who you are.' For Leo's sake, Natalie suppresses her anger and complies with every absurd demand. When the approval is finally granted, a photo pops up on the phone: Leo smiling alongside his mother.
