They Had Magic. I Had a PhD — Episode 15

Modern engineer Layla transmigrates into a magic world as an exiled noblewoman with no talent. Given three months to raise her territory’s population to 10,000 or marry a cruel viscount, she awakens a lord system that turns residents into gold. With refugee aid, dwarf-made steel, and firearms, Layla defeats her invading sister and rises as the Steel Empress.
