Becoming Mia — Episode 17

Maggie is a kindhearted college sophomore with a hidden talent for dance—and a lifetime of being overlooked because of her plus-size figure. After years of ridicule, rejection, and living in the shadow of campus queen Blaire, Maggie discovers a mysterious silver ring with an impossible power: for two hours at a time, it can transform her into Mia, a stunning, confident version of herself. As Mia, Maggie suddenly becomes everything the campus once refused to see. She earns a place in the cheerleading spotlight, turns heads at parties, and draws the attention of Cole, the handsome football star she has secretly cared about. But Cole begins to sense that the glamorous Mia and the warm, familiar Maggie may somehow be connected—especially when her voice and small habits feel strangely recognizable. What begins as Maggie’s chance to get revenge soon becomes a dangerous double life. Every transformation comes with a deadline, Blaire grows increasingly suspicious, and Maggie is forced to confront a painful truth: if everyone only loves Mia, where does that leave the real Maggie? Caught between romance, rivalry, and the temptation to become someone else forever, Maggie must decide whether true transformation means changing her body—or finally believing that she was always worth seeing.
