The Reaper's Fated Bride — Episode 19

A mad prophecy circulates in the divine realm: whoever can conceive the "God-Child of Destiny" will overthrow Zeus and become King of All Gods. In her past life, Elara married Eros, the God of Love and symbol of romance, only to have her "soul fire" sucked by him day and night, eventually dying a miserable death of exhaustion after giving birth. Reborn at the ceremony where the gods choose their wives, her sister Cassia seized the coveted golden arrow of the God of Love, while Elara proactively grasped the black scythe symbolizing death and barrenness, choosing Thanatos, the God of Death whom all gods fear most. Everyone waited to see her fall into hell, but they never expected—the romance of the God of Love is devouring, while the death of the God of Death is salvation. When her sister falls into the dark arts of necrophagy to give birth to a divine child, Elara is reborn under the nourishment of the God of Death, who spares no cost to his own divine lifespan, and conceives an heir truly capable of severing the laws of fate. This time, she will not only rewrite her own destiny but also force the entire divine realm to change its master.
