I Died Before I Heard His Begging — Episode 2
To save Kain, Sylvia donates her organs, only for her sister to steal all the credit. Blinded by lies, Kain believes she betrayed him and imprisons and humiliates her for three long years until only seven days of her life remain. It’s only after Sylvia’s “death” that she witnesses everything that unfolds following her departure.

The acting and pacing are top notch for a short drama. That confrontation scene was unforgettable!
