Ella suffers coldness and neglect from her biological father, Lane Black, who cheats with Yara, a younger woman. She reaches out to Felix Thorn, an old acquaintance of her mother, Wendy. Felix, head of the Thorn family, adopts her, and the family surrounds her with love. When Lane Black’s business empire collapses, he regrets his actions and tries to win Ella back.
