No One to Grow Old With — Episode 2

A devoted doctor desperate to save his wife from terminal cancer sells his mother's heirlooms to fund her treatment. To his horror, she uses the money to buy a car for her first love instead. Obsessed with rekindling her old romance, she repeatedly ignores their son's feelings. The doctor gives her three chances to change, but she persists. Losing all hope, he accepts a major research project and leaves with his son. Only after he departs does she realize her mistake, filled with regret. Yet no one remains to fulfill the vow of growing old together.
