The Janitor Owns Your Company — Episode 2

Following the passing of company founder Arthur Sterling, Chairman Victor Pierce and his son Nolan seized effective control of the enterprise. For years, they embezzled corporate assets, exploited frontline staff, withheld workers’ compensation for occupational injuries, and treated the company as a private fortune-generating vehicle for their family. Liam immediately dismissed the Pierce father and son from all positions and ousted the opportunistic Madison. He honored the workers’ compensation claim owed to his mother and reimbursed all employees for withheld wages. Donning a janitor’s uniform, he launched an overhaul of the company, fulfilling the founder’s final directive to “clean house.” Centered on the core theme: Kindness shown when no one is watching will ultimately lift you up, the story delivers relentless twists and satisfying comeuppances, chronicling the ordinary underdog’s righteous reckoning against corrupt capitalist power.
