Cart Don: Secret Crime Lord — Episode 3

The story of an ordinary man who appears to be a street vendor, but is in fact the mysterious crime lord of the underworld. Using his produce cart as the perfect cover for intelligence gathering and illicit deals, he rules the city's criminal underworld—controlling drug trafficking, arms smuggling, and money laundering—under the alias "Cart Don." However, when an orphan he has adopted accidentally gets caught up in gang conflicts, his double life begins to unravel. Now he must fight off mounting pressure from the FBI, keep his adopted son from discovering his true identity, and fend off betrayals from all sides to hold onto his criminal throne. Centered on the core concept of 'a king behind the cart, a tyrant behind the shelves,' the story unfolds as a high-stakes game of loyalty, redemption, and the price one must pay for power.
