When I Died, They Carried My Curse — Episode 3

Elena Vale died on her wedding eve, condemned by her fiancé, her stepsister, and the entire town of Mercy Falls. Days after her funeral, the men who destroyed her begin to show impossible symptoms—their sins growing inside them like something alive. A corrupt sheriff vomits shredded case files. A pastor watches Bible pages drip black blood. The mayor's son finds the name of the video he weaponized against Elena burned into his skin. Noah Reid, an outsider investigator, arrives to find a town built on buried daughters. As the curse spreads, he uncovers a ritual spanning generations: whenever Mercy Falls needs silence, it sacrifices a girl branded as impure. But Elena's death broke the pattern. Now every locked door, every erased report, every lie whispered from the pulpit is clawing its way out of the men who thought they could bury it. She is not a ghost seeking vengeance. She is the truth they swallowed, demanding to be born aloud.
