The Milk Debt — Episode 4

On a stormy night, five‑year‑old Nora Bancroft arrives at Sterling Manor clutching a faded receipt and demanding Grant Ellsworth pay three years of unpaid “milk money.” The crumpled document bears Grant’s signature as her biological father. DNA confirms the truth, but Grant’s scheming sister‑in‑law, Vivienne, and other family members see Nora as a threat to the fortune. They forge financial records and smear Lena, Nora’s mother, as a gold‑digger. Yet Nora carries a secret weapon: her stuffed bunny hides a micro‑recorder containing Lena’s desperate testimony. As Grant and his loyal team dig deeper, they uncover that Lena was not abandoned but deliberately drugged, imprisoned, and left for dead at Mistwood Sanitarium. The conspiracy implicates Grant’s own brother Raymond and his father Conrad. With Nora’s courage and Lena’s recorded voice guiding them, Grant races to find Lena before her captors silence her forever. The villains are exposed and brought to justice. Grant finally reunites with Lena, proposes marriage, and welcomes his new family home—proving that love and truth can overcome even the deepest of debts.
