Joe, a mortician, unexpectedly crosses paths through work with Vera, his high-school crush turned powerful gang boss. In need of help, he also turns to his ex-girlfriend Angela, a nurse. The trio ends up forced into a chaotic, hilarious cohabitation. Vera is boldly obsessed with reclaiming him, while Angela relentlessly teases and taunts him as the ex.
