Harper suffers ruthless abuse from her husband Samuel. Influenced by his scheming assistant Ruby, he deems her an inadequate wife and forces her into the Perfect Wife Training Academy. Samuel exposes Ruby as the true mastermind, destroys the academy, jails Ruby, and nurses the severely ill Harper. She never forgives his betrayal and dies in intensive care.
