The Lion‑Ring Heiress — Episode 5

Marina, a single-mother noodle-shop owner, had a brief entanglement with Dante, the powerful head of the Valente family five years ago. She later gave birth to their daughter Donna and kept a lost Valente lion-head signet ring as a talisman. Four-year-old Donna, minding the shop alone, spots an identical ring on a customer’s hand and sets off to find her birth father. Grandfather Marco brings Donna back to the Valente household. At first, Dante suspects the little girl is part of a money-driven fraud. Both the ring’s secret engraving and DNA test confirm Donna’s true identity. The witty, rule-obsessed Donna gradually softens the stern-hearted Dante, who grows to love the strong-willed Marina. Ambitious heiress Bianca longs to become Mrs. Valente. To get rid of mother and daughter, she bribes insiders to sabotage the noodle shop’s supplies and files false food-poisoning reports. Dante stands firm to protect them, gathers solid evidence and exposes Bianca’s schemes, holding the Corda family accountable. All past misunderstandings are resolved. Dante formally accepts Marina and Donna, and the whole family finds a happy reunion in the old-town noodle shop.
