CEO, Stop the Pain — She's Moving On — Episode 6

Scarlett worked as the assistant and secret lover of wealthy CEO Ethan Sterling, merely a look‑alike substitute for his late first love for three years. Due to a misunderstanding over a bet, Ethan fired her and blacklisted her across the whole industry. When her brother was diagnosed with leukemia and in desperate need of huge medical fees, Scarlett realized she was only a substitute. Heart‑broken, she cut her long hair to break with her past. Miserable in his arranged marriage, Ethan came to his senses and searched frantically for Scarlett. Meanwhile, a woman identical to her appeared, claiming to be his deceased first‑love. She was actually an imposter arranged by the scheming female antagonist Victoria. Facing her brother’s critical condition, Scarlett faked her death with her best friend’s help, returned under a new identity and gathered evidence. She exposed the conspiracy in public, ruining the villains. Ethan humbled himself and publicly repented. Having grown into an independent talent agent, Scarlett forgave him after witnessing his transformation, and they finally found their happy ending.
