Plus-size high schooler Sadie has endured years of bullying and humiliation. After her confession to football player Blake ends in rejection, cheer captain Sienna publicly humiliates her—and the video spreads across the entire school. At her lowest point, Sadie finds support from Riley, a former cheerleader, and boldly launches a “100-Day Captain Challenge”: lose weight, make the cheer squad, and take Sienna’s place as captain. From barely being able to run to becoming stronger day by day, Sadie faces failed workouts, sabotage, family pressure, and constant judgment from her classmates. Along the way, she also begins to uncover the truth behind Sienna’s long history of bullying and controlling her teammates. With Riley always by her side, Sadie realizes that what she truly wants to win is far more than just a position on the team. By the end of the 100 days, Sadie is determined to prove that worth is not defined by size—and that anyone can deserve strength, dignity, love, and the chance to lead.

I literally could not stop watching! The cliffhanger at the end of this episode had me holding my breath.

The acting and pacing are top notch for a short drama. That confrontation scene was unforgettable!
