On their 25th wedding anniversary, Anne discovers her husband Jonathan, a successful author, is having an affair. Fed up, Anne demands a divorce. Believing he is about to become the CEO of the publishing house, Jonathan kicks Anne out immediately. Heartbroken, Anne vows never to forgive him. She reclaims her position as the Chairwoman of an elite publishing company and fires Jonathan.
